Printing the QuickIndex

Because there are so many bird names and so little space the QuickIndex is a tight squeeze on the flap. This may cause some problems printing the whole list on one page - especially with the .Htm version since many older browsers (especially Netscape) have trouble with formatting. It seems to print in I.E. without problems.

From the <File> menu select <Page Setup> and set the top and left margins to 0.00" and uncheck the options to print headers and footers.

If using the .Rtf or .Doc versions; check your word processor print options to set the smallest possible top and left margins.
